Conservative from Deschamps, going for Sissoko ahead of Cabaye. Giroud still gets a starting place. I thought Kingsley Coman would start

Hello and welcome to the Live Updates of the final Quarter Final match of Euro 2016, played between hosts France and Iceland. There is a lot of buzz surrounding the game and that is purely down to Iceland’s fairytale run in the tournament. They have defied all odds and have made their country proud. It’s not like they have played long-ball football to get to this stage either. They pass their way out of trouble and and are fearless at every turn. Conceding an early goal, m0st top sides buckle under pressure but Iceland hit back in the space of 10 minutes, taking the lead in the game before holding onto it for the rest of the game. Iceland are living in a fantasy world and their stock continues to rise with every passing day. At every step they have had people who rubbished their run as a fluke but they calmly go about with their task and defy odds like nobody’s business. Iceland will be pleased to know that France had a scare against Ireland and previously, Albania. Antonio Griezmann and Dimitri Payet’s form is what the side is riding on for the last few weeks. The Atletico Madrid winger has been steadily growing into the tournament and as he showed in the Last 16 game, he can change the game within the space of minutes.
Predicted Lineups:
France: Lloris, Sagna, Koscielny, Umtiti, Evra, Matuidi, Cabaye, Pogba, Coman, Griezmann, Payet
Iceland: Halldorsson, Saevarsson, R. Sigurdsson, Arnason, Skulason, Gudmundsson, G. Sigurdsson, Gunnarsson, Bjarnason, Sigthorsson, Bodvarsson
